Loyal customer. The original purchase was for a house with 14 year old hard water stains. This product saved us a lot of money. We wanted to replace the shower so we could sell the house. After about 3 hours the shower was clean. The spots didn't come back after 2 months. I recommend dampening the cleaning pad to apply. Let it dry for maybe an hour as it seemed easier to wash off after it dried on my 2nd pass. It required a lot of elbow grease. I apply it to my new home immediately now to avoid future stains. Use a mop after showering. We also have a detachable shower sprayer so you can wash off the soap right away.
