Better than I expected. After watching the video it was very easy to change the strap. The group is much better than the factory. As everyone said, it is much more flexible and soft. It's still too long for my 6 1/2 inch wrist, but it has a latch on the tongue to keep the extra length of the strap from dangling. Because the strap is so long, I used a Sharpie marker on the inside to mark the hole to use so I don't have to make multiple adjustments every time I put it on. I like it so much that I can get lighter colors. I use this for my Garmin Viactive watch. I love the GPS tracking in this watch!
