Review on Fiskars 1.5 Inch Large Circle Squeeze Punch - White, Model 174240-1001 by Michelle Langley

I was very happy to receive this hammer drill after ordering. After delivery and first use I have to admit that I was disappointed. He didn't so much cut the paper as just ripped off the edges. However, after using it for a while, I found that it only pierces kraft paper (when folded in half), nothing thinner or thicker! Anything else will result in the paper tearing, the punch getting stuck, or the paper simply buckling and not coming out properly. This hammer actually broke after only a few weeks of ownership and even less use because it "cuts" (please). The overall quality was so thin the main components were made of plastic, and only the cutting surfaces and the spring, the controller is made of metal. I am VERY disappointed in this product and would urge anyone considering purchasing one of these rotary hammers to consider the fact that they may be premature in buying a new one.
