Crashing after ejecting

The cards worked fine while in my phone, but after I removed them, no devices read or recognized them. The first card, which I thought was a miss, happened on both cards though. Other cards from other manufacturers work fine on my device and in the adapter that came with it, so the problem seems to be that these cards don't work.
