Great product. It is not easy to install on an area smaller than the product itself, as you need to use a soapy water spray on the surface where the product will be applied and a flexible hand tool to smooth out any air bubbles under the product afterwards is applied to the surface, and finally, after installation, you need to trim the edges with a square jersey. As I said, it's not an easy setup, but it's worth it! You can't tell that the finish of the door we mounted it on (large 5ft x 2ft clear glass) isn't actually stained glass once it's installed.
