This dehumidifier is a workhorse. The advertised pints per day is pure fantasy, but that's to be expected since it's based on some sort of industry standard defined by marketers. I use 8-9 gallons per day at 80%+ RH gradually decreasing to 6 gallons per day at 60% RH. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi functions to work, but I get what I need with the "direct connection". The comments about the Apple Store's Wi-Fi capabilities are spot on. Their support team is friendly and try their best but they get overwhelmed and forget about the issues. Their phone system also requires patience.
