I recently bought a Roadpro steering wheel turntable (btw, there are no steering wheel laws in California or any other state). It's very well built: the handle itself is solid aluminum and the body is steel. But the base has an odd shape and no instructions on how to install it. There are uncomfortable extensions that lie on top of the handlebars. Some suggest bending these extensions up so they don't dig into the steering wheel. I was looking for ideas until I thought of my grinding wheel or Dremel. I used a sanding wheel to shape the extensions to fit the steering wheel perfectly. I also had to get longer screws, and I used larger screws that fit snugly into the existing holes in the base body. This results in the most elegant handlebars I have ever owned. It is smooth and fits close to the body. I have photos but I can't attach them to this review. I am sorry
