Review on 🔊 Creative Pebble 2.0 USB-Powered Desktop Speakers – Enhanced Audio with Far-Field Drivers and Passive Radiators for PCs and Laptops (White) by Pat Peoples

Received these speakers, plugged them in and turned them on right away. I was immediately impressed with the sound these little speakers could produce and it seemed like they would be great for listening to music or watching YouTube videos on PC while doing other things on PC. Then I turned off the PC. When I booted up the computer later or the next day, Windows 10 no longer recognized the speakers as connected. I ran the windows troubleshooter and had to reinstall the audio drivers which resulted in a reboot after which the speakers started working again. OK, great! Until I switched off the computer again and Windows no longer recognized the speakers. Same process, run the troubleshooter, it reinstalls the drivers, restarts the computer and the speakers work. Until I turn the computer off again. I installed the latest audio drivers for my motherboard and there was no improvement. When I turn off the computer, I don't have working speakers when I restart unless I run the troubleshooter to reinstall the drivers and then restart. I've never had this problem with any other speakers, either on this PC or any other. and I have been building my own PCs for 26 years. I really want these speakers to be liked, but due to this seriously annoying issue, I cannot recommend these speakers to anyone.
