I found the 'corner' cleaning aspect and overall it does a pretty good job if you keep it up to date. If you let the algae grow for too long, you will have to put in more effort to remove them. I like that it matches the biocube tank. I have been using a magnetic float for many years (20+ years) and it seems to me that the magnet is stronger, the attraction between polar opposites is much stronger than any other cleaning device like this that I have used. Time will tell how this ages, I'll update if I find other results over time.
