This jacket is perfect! Very easy to put on my 60lb dog as nothing has to go over the head or paws. You simply place the jacket on the dog's back and then pull a Velcro strap around the chest and another around the waist. So easy! I've walked my dog in the rain a few times and he's stayed dry, plus he had no problem going to the bathroom. Also, the wind didn't blow it away, so it stayed dry. I have a gold 60lbs, it's quite skinny and the length is perfect, wish the width was a little smaller but it works, bought a 2XL. Highly recommend (I threw away the cheap yellow plastic I bought from Revain).
