The touch multifunction keys are prone to malfunction.
Not only are the instructions confusing - bad translation from Chinese - the touch control buttons also have too many functions to be able to manage the settings clearly. Programming radio stations is almost impossible. The alarm system couldn't turn off the alarm, so it went off unintentionally every morning. Attempting to set anything in the dark would inevitably result in hitting the wrong key or key sequence, causing something else to crash or continue. The technical design is a total failure for the user experience.
