This is my third KAVU bag in this style. The first two were designed using fabric from the bag itself as the strap, and this strap is a different material. The material is very stiff and very uncomfortable to wear around your neck unless you have a shirt or coat between your skin and the strap. This was very disappointing as I bought it to use during our summer holidays but was unable to use it as the strap became very painful after a very short time. I will definitely buy your products again, but only after the strap issue is resolved/changed.
