*Update* Called EZ and sent me a pair direct and they work perfectly. Amazing customer service. I'm so glad I got a working pair because they are very comfortable and the mute button is very handy. I upped my rating now I have a working kit. First review: I had to return the first pair due to a background noise issue and the second pair is no better. Callers hear continuous background noise throughout the call, e.g. B. a low tone. They also have terrible noise cancellation. My $5 General headphones are better for both call quality and noise cancellation. I am very disappointed because they are quite comfortable and have a handy mute button.
