The cartridge was leaking - a huge mess
I put a cartridge in and it leaked all over the bottom of my printer. Now the printer says no cartridge was found in this slot. I ordered an OEM replacement ink and will no longer use leftover cartridges. Also, I now have a huge magenta ink on the bottom of my printer.
