I have very thin, porous, frizzy hair that often gets tangled. To make matters worse, a while ago my hair was inexplicably badly damaged (after doing some research and reading other people's experiences I think it was caused by another product made specifically for curly girls and ruined my hair after just a few uses). However before I found this treatment my hair was basically unmanageable and a complete horror show so I was looking for something to help. I've tried a few things, some were very expensive and didn't help much. Somehow I ended up here and I'm very happy. I noticed a huge improvement from the first use and it only got better. Surprisingly, it works whether I wear my hair curly or straight. When it's curly it makes my curls more parted and defined and controls frizz, when it's straight it stays straight much longer than without it. My hair is very picky and sometimes when I first find something that works it becomes obvious after a while that it is bulking or has some other problem with it, but I've been using this keratin pack for a while now and I love it still. My hair is only getting better. Product 10/10, very happy to have found it.
