Fits well, even with my custom made orthotics.
Normally I have to wear size 13 shoes. As many know, there are no longer half sizes from size 12 upwards. They use 12 or go to 13. I bought size 13. Well, I use custom orthotics. And they worked well in these shoes without even removing the cushioning. The supplied pillow insert can be removed if necessary.
