Excellent headdress. Everything works fine, there was a CD with drivers in the kit but we didn't need it. We just plugged it in and it works great. My wife uses it to talk to customers so I had to tweak the device settings to increase the ringer volume but only for calls because all other tones are very loud and clear. The control buttons work great. The only thing I don't like is that the LEDs on the side don't turn on when the computer goes to sleep and have to turn them off every time. That is our only shortcoming. The microphone works great. I also adjusted it when I adjusted the ringer volume. And it's not right in front of your mouth, which is a plus for my wife, she uses it. it is very well built. Even the cable and USB connector seem to be of good quality. I believe that with proper care this headset will last a while. I read many reviews about the headset not working, more likely due to driver issues or lack thereof. We're using Windows 10 and it was really just plug and play. I really don't think anything was actually on the driver disk we were given because although we don't need it I checked to see what was on it and it never booted. So I guess there will be another con, sorry I think there are two of them. Hope this all helps someone. Also, the headpiece is adjustable and my wife said it is very comfortable to wear. And wear them for a long time.
