I like how easy it was to use, all my questions were answered very quickly by their team! It's so nice having someone who can help me out in case something goes wrong or if i don't understand anything about amazon sellers program - they are always quick at replying back & helping when needed most!! Sometimes there isn’t any support but once again this doesn t last for too long because after awhile other employees start answering your emails/sms etc., So overall great experience using them- nothing really bad just wish we had more options available within our dashboard (we wanted some features from another service) would definitely recommend anyone looking into getting an email account through these guys.- Sending multiple customer testimonials each day via text message has been one way better than sending individual messages since everyone gets notified almost immediately.
