I love that it can easily be accessed through any device or computer as well! It really helps make organizing our schedule easier for both myself AND my workers since we are able of accessing this online from anywhere at anytime. The best thing about zirapowered by Google Calendar Sync feature!! This allows each user easy access if using multiple computers (ex- office desktops) without having users have separate copies saved locally via their own devices/computers - saves resources & time which ultimately makes us money :) Great software product so far but nothing much new features added recently other than some improvements here an there when looking into upcoming updates coming soon! Currently working out all kinks being ironed and making changes needed before 1st release date hopefully happens sooner rather then later!! Very happy customer who has been utilizing various ways scheduling apps prior too finding such great benefits offered within one platform instead needing several others like Microsoft Outlook etc. ! The ability for you to create different types of reports that are customizable so it's easy to change them when needed. It can be difficult at times if you don't know how to use certain features so do some research online to make sure you have what you need before purchasing. We were able to customize our scheduling software quickly and easily. And we could also check off items as completed or canceled which was helpful.
