I drive to a gas station in the middle of winter, use their mop and occasionally, if I'm lucky, find a newer one which, given the cold temperatures outside, works great for cleaning the windows of residual salt, all shut never mind how many other customers are using it. Now I buy this product, upscale, about $17 plus. Winter again. First I soaked the mop in warm water. Then he took a bucket of window cleaner and washed the windows in the garage. Part of the scraper is ribbed and terrible. Works bad. My question is, am I willing to pay for a quality product that I initially thought I would buy, but why can't I find a product that the best gas stations use? ?
