Review on Tatazone 32.8FT WiFi Smart RGBWW LED Strip Lights - Color Changing with Alexa and Google, Music Sync, Ideal for Mirror, Bedroom, Kitchen, Ceiling, TV by Patrick Myers

I had high hopes for this product. I used to use a lot of LEDs but was never happy until I found out about rgbww. These lights sync to my Alexa but the voice command only works sometimes. Rarely ON on command. Also, I had to cut the LED strips and when you do that the connections get really bad. In my picture you can see that the white LED just stopped working half way. I also received a defective open block on my last order that was missing more than 20 feet. Their service is also very bad. They made me rip my last installed LEDs to get a refund for the failed unit. I would stay away from this brand until they improve their product and customer experience. My most recent order only had one power supply, even though the picture shows a split 32ft power cord. Now they changed the picture to show only one thing. So funny
