We tried several products to find a warm band of light and this is by far the brightest, with the option to add other colors if you'd like. Installation was easy and customer service was excellent when we had a few questions. There is no external remote control for the product, but you can use your smartphone and Alex to control the lights. I can highly recommend this lamp.

Obviously it was a return. Plugs and accessories were missing, and the sticky backing had its plastic backing removed, so it couldn't even stick to the wall. It doesn't matter because there is no fork and it already looks too cut off. If you are selling returned items as new, use enough common sense to make sure they work! Now I have time to return the piece of junk thanks to the company that sold it.

I had high hopes for this product. I used to use a lot of LEDs but was never happy until I found out about rgbww. These lights sync to my Alexa but the voice command only works sometimes. Rarely ON on command. Also, I had to cut the LED strips and when you do that the connections get really bad. In my picture you can see that the white LED just stopped working half way. Found this product while looking for good LEDs for a big project. I had to place LEDs around the awning. I order a few sets. I had a few questions about assembling multiple sets as well as connectors. The customer support email address provided on the box was more than helpful. Update: Docking a star because it's not actually a 36w kit. The included power supply is only designed for 24W. I have now bought two of these sets. The first was used to balance the lighting behind my new TV. I had RGB LEDs on the back of my previous TV, but the white light quality from these LEDs is much better. difference between day and night. After seeing how good the light was, my wife asked me to replace the LEDs under her kitchen cabinets. i will do it next week I haven't timed the time
