Ok, this little device is a game changer! I didn't like tofu until my husband decided to smoke it for me. It was wonderful. After smoking it, we started experimenting with it. It is also delicious to prepare in the air fryer. The only thing I didn't like about tofu was the way it was prepared. Getting all the liquid out so you can pour all the liquid (marinade) in was not an easy task. Wow, crazy! Put it in this wonderful box, snap the sides together, wait a little, and the tofu is ready! Yes, it's plastic, but you can pass that on. It's durable, very well made and I use it regularly. Remember, if you freeze your tofu first, then thaw it, and then press it becomes magic. I would highly recommend this product, it saves time, saves hands and works as advertised.
