I had the same problem posted a few times in review of this product. Only part of it hardened and the rest is a gooey mess. I thought maybe it was because the temperature was too cold out so I waited until we had a warm sunny day and today it was 72 and sunny so I thought I would give it one more try. Unfortunately I had the same results, part of the application hardened and part stayed gooey no matter how I angled it into the sun. Luckily this is just the family paddle board and thus looks are not too important. I will be scraping what I can off and trying again with another product.
