Failed after four months

Have a pair. One of them suddenly amplified touching the case but amplified sound correctly. That night i charges it and then used the dryer box.Next day operated the same as last night for 30Minutes. Now no amplification of sound but beeps are heard when altering environment or volume. Also at max volume some white noise is heardHow do I obtain a replacement?
