I got into trouble when I broke the seal on the bottle, the screw cap wouldn't close tightly. To keep the vodka fresh and sealed I bought this. Holds the entire bottle I usually buy (don't remember the weight). There were 2 plugs. It fits perfectly in the door of my fridge and doesn't let air through. If I ever need to buy a carafe again, I'll use one of these again.
