This chair is so pretty! Too bad it's not built better. The second day while using it on my desk trying to roll it to my computer printer one of the wheels broke off. They are oddly designed because the "pin" that holds the wheel to the base of the chair is off-center. As a result, the load is on the plastic housing and not on the center of the wheel. The manufacturer did not send a new video - it should have been a completely new chair. I decided to return it. Getting it back would be easy, but once the base was powered up, it was almost impossible. I was able to build a return box (the original now didn't include a chair) by buying a couple of post boxes from The Home Depot. Another problem is that the chair does not recline. So straight ahead and everything. I'll assume you're fine using this chair on wood floors, concrete, or linoleum (not tile, the wheels will get stuck in the seams and likely break). On a carpet with "protective mat" - no. Super nice, but not for me.
