On July 7th, 2020, when I opened both battery packs, I found that they appeared to be leaking and stuck to the pack. I checked the batteries with a battery tester and they were all almost dead. MAX SUPPLY refused to refund or exchange batteries because the 30 day return period had expired. By the way, the 30-day return policy seems to start from the day the product is ordered, not the day the customer receives it. When you order batteries from MAX SUPPLY, open and inspect them immediately to make sure they are not defective. because you only have 30 days from the order date to return them!
