Never balanced again
Absolutely hate this product! I only use GK shampoo and conditioner but will never buy a scale again. I have highlights with highlights and it doesn't condition my hair at all. I tried it on my daughter who doesn't have chemicals in her hair and again it didn't help moisturize her hair. I was very disappointed because this is the first product from them that I didn't like.
