I wanted this to be easier to use for cleaning tiles than the Cinderella method (elbow grease and brush). Before I bought my new house, it was used as a rental property. For years there was only dirty deposits on the tiles (floor and shower). What used to take me probably 5-10 minutes per tile now takes about 3-5 with a cleaning brush on my drill - undoubtedly cleaner than by hand. Dirt literally flies. Dirty cleaning next to tiles that have already been cleaned, but that is certainly not due to the brush. I've now done the whole hallway and kitchen (it's quite big so it took a long time) and it's like day and night.
