2: 1 received in a sealed box in excellent condition, and the 2nd received in an open box, there are a few scratches, the ribs are bent, or maybe the previous owner tried to use it, the thread has signs of wear. There was some liquid in the radiator, in general it seems normal, I'm not sure if it's worth returning. I wish I knew I was getting a slightly used item. I have pictures, I have no idea how to post them. Update: I ended up sending the item back in an open box; because I thought the fan mounts were ripped off. Upon closer inspection, the screws returned were smaller than the new screws I had just received. I repackaged the slightly worn heatsink in a new box with new screws to hopefully fix things.
