The power and output posts are too close to the unit's case wall, making it difficult to wrap the power cord around the post before securing it. That's the biggest headache. After installation, the green light, meaning 'active', is too bright. It's ok if it's in the kids room and they like the extra night light, but my husband and I want our room to be dark so have to we turn on the light. Finally, on 3 out of 10 units I've received, the socket locking mechanism is falsely tolerant, making it difficult to insert the plug into the socket, and because of this, one of the sockets was unusable. I would send them back but it's too much hassle.
