A beautiful decoration - a garland
Here I read reviews and cute ghost lights. The problem with hanging lights was quickly solved. If you make a small slit at the top of the ghost and pull the wire through just enough to bend it down, it will attach and the light will stay on. Note to the manufacturer, it is possible to add a slot at the top for mounting the headlights. Anyway worth buying for me.
