Packaging needs improvement. The top square tabs for the support bracket have been bent. We had to reshape them to fit the rubber bushing in the tongue. Great concern if this leads to a problem with fatigue in the future. The fit in the 2004.5 3500 was correct. We didn't have any major issues with fit and finish. So far performance has been a slight improvement (5-10F) over a factory measured cooler. In August, a truck drove smoothly from Texas to Colorado. The truck has not been loaded since installation.
