The best thing about this system is that it has all of our clients' information in one place which makes keeping track of everything super easy! It's also very user friendly so not too difficult to use. There isn't anything I dislike at this point but there are some minor things like having to go back into different tabs sometimes when you're looking up something else on another tab. However these are small nitpicks rather than big issues. Just get started with using Northscope as soon as possible because once your set up how awesome their customer service is going to be. They will help you every step of the way and make sure you have what you need to run your business successfully. Tracking inventory, sales data, client reports, etc.
