I bought this storage box because it is the best size for our Keurig narrow profile machine and has gotten many 4 and 5 star reviews. Yes, this is normal, but K-Cups fall through too easily and hit the floor. I looked at the shielded storage box but it is much wider than this one. I also checked out the fully enclosed storage box, but it's made of plastic rather than metal, and some reviewers claim that the Keurig's weight compresses the box in a way that makes it difficult to open. So I'll wait and hope that the screen drawer manufacturer decides to offer it in a smaller (narrower) size.
