We have been dealing with mobile homes for over 33 years, of which it has been full-time for just over 7 years. If the dirty water tank is left standing for a long time, it tends to form thick and hard deposits on the bottom of the tank and in the drain pipe. On several occasions, some of the limescale deposits have come off plates large enough to cover the tank drain clog. It also caused the black water drain valve to leak, accumulating hard chunks of lime on the valve sheet causing wear/failure of the rubber seal. EXTREME CLEANER is the only product I tried that broke. Limescale deposits can wash it out during normal cleaning. I'm glad we found this product.
