I have a very large vestibule and pet store. It is of excellent quality and very durable. Got this smaller one for a new dog based on brand reputation and reviews. Here is a list of the characteristics of this kennel that made it unacceptable to me. 1. The length and width are about 6 inches smaller than I expected since the measurements shown are on the outside. I never thought the actual space inside would be 6 inches less. This made the sizing choice wrong for me as there is no room for the dog compared to what I had planned. 2 - the quality is flimsy - the plastic is very light and the bottom has ripples since it is so flimsy. manufactured to be stacked on top of each other. The floor has different contours for this. It's also not a level and smooth floor like I have in my other kennel but the floor is rough with rough spots here and there and a speck of dust running along the inside which really only serves to make the floor uncomfortable. The splitter doesn't look really functional as it's too small and wide for it. Based on this, not only do I have to return this item, but I have to go back to the drawing board and find it in person where I can see the quality before I buy it. Maybe these disagreements aren't a deal breaker for you, and if they are, at least you know in advance what you're getting. I didn't realize these interesting points until the product arrived.
