The description, title and photos of this item are incompatible. To clarify, it only rotates 120 degrees unless you choose not to use the screw on top to secure it, which I don't recommend. badly written and doesn't follow the naming convention of some screws/bolts/nuts. The worst thing about this product is the design. I literally have a mount with a hole for cable management at the bottom but no hole at the top! How should I route cables if there is no opening at the top? At first I thought I was wrong, but then I looked at the photos on this Amazon page and realized that the product must have two holes. One for cable input and one for output. Common sense. you had a job return as soon as possible.
