I am 5'02', size M is suited me exactly for your reference. At first, I would like to get the teal color but M size was out of the stock at that time. I choose the green one, the color does not look like so fluorescence on the picture. In fact, the green color is mild and fresh which I really like. I use it to stretch my body, the matrix design can help massage my back. don't worry about the fold mark, it will fade after puff it.
