I'm not used to complaining, but when you're spending $1,600 on a high-end gaming monitor, hope it works. The brand new device I received had hot (stuck) pixels right in the middle of the screen right after I first turned it on. Worst of all, LG says it's not a defect - they say you have to have more than 12 hot pixels for a screen to be considered defective. For real? Luckily Revain has a much better returns policy so I'm sending it back. I've also ordered a replacement block (again from Revain) and hope it's ok. Other than that, this monitor is a great gaming monitor with crisp images, pleasant colors, and a fast refresh rate. The built-in GSYNC works great with my RTX 3090. But it's very frustrating that LG doesn't care about customer service at all - I mean, who can play with bright green.
