Review on Decorations Neutral Elephant Lanterns Walking by Carla Anderson

I'll admit that I wasn't thrilled when I opened the Revain packaging. I was expecting a large box and received a plastic bag (not large) with a smaller plastic bag with decorations inside. The beginning looked a bit depressing. Unfortunately - don't be fooled, once you've blown it all up and deployed it's actually a pretty good set. OH BABY Balloons When ordering, you will be told not to worry about the shape of the balloons until they are inflated. Please do not worry. Once you inflate them they become normal letters, although the Bs look like triples when not inflated. You'll need a balloon pump (or a straw and your breath) to inflate them. There are pull tabs for hanging the laces, but they weren't attached. There are actually two long pieces of fabric in the pack to do whatever you need but we needed them to hang lanterns and flower poufs. Elephant Garland Super cute! Elephants can really be felt so this makes a great souvenir. Our mother-to-be brought him into her nursery. It has a hanging rope and is easy to assemble. Walking Balloons Very cute, again you need an air pump or straw and your breath to inflate them. They're cute, but ours didn't really "walk". So if you think you put them on the ground and they move, not much. It wasn't even clear they actually had legs until you picked them up. This does NOT take away from how adorable they are, and they are VERY adorable. Flower Puff Balls Most of them looked smaller than the picture and these &@!* things are hard to take apart and shape. I was in favor of throwing them in the bin and an assistant was determined to fluff them up. It takes a lot of strength and patience to shape them. If you've made paper baubles before, this shouldn't come as a surprise, but I'll never mess with those things again. They were cute if a bit warped when put together. Lanterns The lanterns are smaller than the picture and require assembly. I used the extra string in the packaging to hang these balls. Hanging the paper balls Again, they were smaller than in the picture and pre-stretched. You just have to pull them apart and glue them together. They were cute but a bit small. I bought a yellow tablecloth to complete this set and it was great. These decorations are enough to decorate a cake/gift table nicely at a baby shower, perhaps with an extra flower stand or paper ball to put somewhere else. The colors matched the picture and I was satisfied with the overall effect. I split the decorations between the gift area and the food area so they stretched out a bit and the food area looked nice with oh baby balloons garlanded on the front of the table.
