I had to return the first one we got, it broke the second time. My daughter used it to take her shoes to the game, when the game was over she went to put them back in her bag for the first time after the game, the plastic was torn into pieces. So we sent it back and they sent us a new one - free for us - just a bit of a hassle as we had to drive about 30 minutes to the UPS store to be dropped off. So far so good with the second. The soccer season has slowed down a bit but is picking up speed again so she used it daily and this time it seems to be holding up. If it wasn't for the first one I would have given it full marks - no problem really. Keeps uncomfortable boots out of the bag instead of in it.
