The device worked great with my PC, but when I tried to put it in programming mode or just use it like that with the switch it didn't work at all (and yes I tried with a wired one Connection to turn on and off the controller pro). So I ended up having to return it as I believe mine was defective or just not compatible despite the product description saying so. If you're using it with the console, all you have to do is press ESC + Space to put it in programming mode. but it just doesn't do it or even work as is (no response to switch when buttons are pressed). Also, you must have a wired controller for the switch to program keys, which isn't even mentioned in the product details; This meant I had to spend extra money on a wired controller just to see if I could program it since the Switch doesn't come with a wired controller. PC usage is ok but not console based in my experience.
