It works. Bought a Cobalt 05 from a previous owner with a very ugly skull switch. I just wanted something more natural. It was cheap and fit the bill. The funniest thing about my car is that the previous owner JB literally welded a skull derailleur onto it, so I used my 4 inch cutting wheel to cut off the old knob. I want to replace the entire switch unit so I did the same as the previous owner did and filled this new button with JB weld and glued it on. a star or something - you can't expect a shift knob for this $50 price point.
