Exceptionally thin caps
Judging by the photo, I bought these to smooth out imperfections in nail polish during a pedicure. The tips are very thin and there is almost no cotton on them, so they don't differ much from a stick with no cotton. Therefore, it is not suitable for manicure purposes. Also, they seem well made if you are looking for a very delicate little dot with almost no cotton. I made them new and use them as toothpicks. The tips are thinner than a round toothpick, so they slide really well between teeth.
