I bought this about a year ago. I took the green one because it was the cheapest at the time. I wear it 5 or 6 days a week to the gym for powerlifting. It's nice to see how many calories I'm burning and I track my heart rate between sets so I know how long I need to rest before starting again. You need to wet it so it can read your heart rate. You can buy jelly to spread on top, but I've never tried it. The watch gets a bit sticky and uncomfortable when lifting, so I usually wear it on a t-shirt strap. This heart rate monitor has worked great for about a year, up to 2 weeks. Now he doesn't want to increase my initial heart rate. And as soon as he finally does, he immediately loses his composure. As a result, I can't properly monitor calorie burn or heart rate between sets. I just changed the batteries in my watch and chest strap but that didn't help. And I'm very careful with my fitness equipment, so I maintain it according to the manufacturer's instructions. I wash it after each use and hang it to dry. So I didn't abuse it at all. I am very sad about that! But at a cheap price I will buy a new one again, because my training is not the same without it! I hope my new one crosses the one year mark.
