The hook looks very nice and is heavy for its size. Looks and feels high quality. The bath towel is held on a hook and will not slip off. Installation was easy. Turning a set screw against a flat surface with a small allen wrench is tedious, especially since it takes a few turns, but the final look looks clean and modern. The included plastic drywall anchors are ridiculous. You need to fold them up, push them through the wall, and then use the included red pin to expand them behind the wall. From the looks of these anchors they will probably work best on 3/8" drywall, they will not fully expand on 1/2" drywall. I installed this hook on the bathroom door, but if I were to mount it on the wall I would use standard drywall anchors instead of the ones that came with it.
