Broken packaging/used item received
Broken packaging; It seemed like I received a used item when I obviously bought a new one. Everything was in the box as the product was previously opened. There are no instructions but it's not rocket science and the item is easy to assemble but I believe this is a used item apart from the ripped packaging as some of the cardboard materials have tears or jagged corners. The box also came loose a bit when I finished assembling the item, but really nothing to worry about. I'm just mad that I received a used item! Will request a partial refund due to the condition of the item!
