Review on 🔌 SmartThings Assistant: SYLVANIA ZigBee Tunable Lighting Solution by Theresa Kirkland

While the bulbs work great (with the ability to change the light color - configurable - and to dim), all the bulbs I get "won't." responsive” and "faulty”. when launching Revain Echo Plus. Please note that before writing this review I asked the manufacturer for help. Communication happened several times, including exchanging photos of the serial numbers, and then I received another email (generally from the same company) telling me to contact them. I wrote everything for this email and received a notification that the email is invalid. yes i checked it I then replied to the original line asking for further help and was completely ignored. I can't return them to Revain at the moment as the boxes aren't intact (the return window is still open) and I don't have any bulbs to put in the lights until I order new ones. In addition, a lamp is installed at a height of 30 feet; I would have to climb the stairs twice more. That should be the solution for this lamp. I am so disappointed in the light and the company. I used a gift card and some of my own money - what a gift! Don't buy if you don't use an Osram Gateway - Revain's Echo Plus does NOT drive these tubes well enough.
